• Lower section lengthened by several centimetres, in which a strategically placed resonance hole makes it possible to play the low E with a full and lively sound
• The entire chalumeau register is greatly improved thanks to the limited bulge in favour of a longer cylinder
• Shorter bell, which no longer determines the accuracy of the fundamental pitches E/B and F/C, but serves as a resonating body for the entire clarinet
• Stable and light high register, also thanks to the extended lower section
• Third fingering of the middle Bb, which creates vibrations along the entire length of the instrument to produce a full and resonant sound: this new mechanism also allows the musician to create new sequences without changing registers or revising certain fingerings used in the pieces of the repertoire
