• Three oscillators per voice: 1x wavetable oscillator with 63 wavetables and phase modulation, 2x oscillator with sine, triangle, sawtooth, square, super-saw and noise, ring modulation, cross modulation and oscillator synchronisation

• Assignable AD-envelope for oscillator modulations

• Multimode filter (lowpass, bandpass, highpass) with resonance, filter drive and selectable filter slope (-12dB, -18dB, -24dB)

• ADSR envelope for filter and amplifier

• Two LFOs, each with up to 4 assignable modulation destinations, 5 waveforms, programmable step LFO and tempo synchronisation

• Effects section with 53 multi-effects, reverb, chorus and delay as well as master compressor, arpeggiator and step sequencer with up to 64 steps

• Motional pad with recording function for controlling sound parameters

• Pitch- and Modulation wheels

• Memory locations for 256 factory and 512 user presets

• Pre-installed SH-101 Model Expansion (further Model Expansions available via Roland Cloud)
