• Careful emulation of the API 2500 bus compressor with detailed modeling of the transformers and the 2510 and 2520 operational amps

• Choice between old feedback and new feedforward circuit for different compression behaviour

• API's patented thrust filter in the sidechain ensures stable bass and even mids and highs

• Soft, med and hard knee selectable

• Adjustable threshold, ratio, attack and release

• L/R link control allows individual mixing of both detector paths for controlled stereo compression

• Parallel compression with mix control

• Automatic or manual gain compensation

• VU meter with selectable display of input or output level or gain reduction

• Numerous artist presets
